Stephen K. Greene
Stephen graduated from Washington and Lee University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce in Accounting. Prior to law school, he worked at Price Waterhouse, New York, New York, and was a Certified Public Accountant. He then returned to Virginia and graduated from University of Virginia Law School in 1988. While at Virginia, Stephen was a member of the Virginia Tax Review, where he served as Managing Editor,

Stephen's practice focuses on estate planning and probate, gift and estate tax planning, and advising individuals on establishing and administering trust and estates.

Prior to starting his own firm in 2008, Stephen was a tax lawyer for Colonial Properties Trust for 6 years. Before that he was a partner at Bradley Arant Rose and White.

Stephen is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, where he has served on the executive committee as the chair of the Business Law Section, and is also a member of the Alabama State Bar and the American Bar Association.

Stephen also has a Masters of Theological Studies from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University.
